# How to use WalletConnect
WalletConnect is a protocol designed to connect wallets to DEX, and DApps by scanning a QR code. In Forsage BUSD, members can interact with the website via a regular browser using WalletConnect.

**Advantages of using WalletConnect**
✅ Save your time. Fewer steps for new users to start with Forsage compared to using DApp browsers.
✅ No DApps browser needed. Connection with your crypto wallet can be done directly via a regular browser. No need to use the DApps browser anymore.
✅ 10+ wallets. WalletConnect is compatible with Trust wallet, TokenPocket, etc. on iOS devices.
✅ Upline info will not be lost. When a new user comes from your personal link — your upline info will surely be kept when proceeding to registration since it happens in the same browser.
✅ Browse on desktop, confirm in mobile wallet
### WalletConnect via Smartphone
You can use the Forsage website on your desktop with your mobile crypto wallet by scanning a QR code to establish the connection.
* Open any regular browser available on your device.
* Type [**busd.forsage.io**](https://busd.forsage.io/) in the search bar.
* Click on the **Connect wallet** option.
* Choose the **WalletConnect** option from the list.
* Tap the wallet application you want to use.\
\&#xNAN;*(This wallet application should contain your registered wallet address / contain wallet address funded for registration)*

You can use the QR code feature if you have your registered/funded wallet address on one device and you want to access/register your ID from another device.

* Once you choose the wallet application, it will display an option to connect the wallet to the busd.forsage.io website. Click **Connect** or **Confirm**.
### WalletConnect via Desktop
* Open any regular browser available on your device.
* Type [**busd.forsage.io**](https://busd.forsage.io/) in the search bar.
* Click on the **Connect wallet** option.
* Choose the **WalletConnect** option from the list.
* A QR code will appear. You can scan this QR code using a WalletConnect compatible wallet application or you can switch to the **Desktop** tab beside it if you use a hardware wallet.
After scanning the QR code, for example, through your Trust Wallet application and confirming the digital signature, the website on your computer will automatically authorize your account!\
